We want you to be happy with your DE SPRUCE FASHION items. ❤️

Applicable region: United Kingdom

Your statutory rights

If an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Change-of-mind returns

For UK online orders, you can tell us you want to cancel within 14 days beginning the day after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give a reason. How to contact us and an optional model cancellation form are in our Terms & Conditions.

Used or worn items

You may handle goods as needed to check their nature, characteristics and function, as you could in a shop. If you handle them beyond that and their value is reduced, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Postage for change-of-mind returns

You pay the direct cost of returning an item. If you cancel the whole order, we refund the standard delivery charge; we do not have to refund the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, provide clear photos or videos. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory consumer rights.

Email [email protected] with your order number and, where you can, photos or a video of the issue.

Unboxing evidence

Photos or video taken while opening a parcel can help us investigate a report of damage, missing items or an incorrect order. They are not required to make a claim.

Jewellery and hygiene

A change-of-mind cancellation exception applies only to a sealed item that is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once its seal has been broken. It does not apply to all jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
