Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK, to every EU country, and to Norway and Switzerland. Delivery options and charges for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery options and costs

  • UK Standard (3–5 working days): free on orders of £50 or more, otherwise £3.99.
  • UK Next Day: £6.99 (estimated, not guaranteed).
  • International: calculated at checkout for your address and parcel weight. If a live price isn’t available for your address, a flat £15.00 international rate applies. The free delivery threshold applies to UK orders only.
  • Import charges outside the UK: orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import VAT, customs duty and a courier handling fee on delivery. These are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the recipient. A phone number is required at checkout so the courier can contact you.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email.

About next-day delivery

Next-day delivery is an estimated service and not guaranteed. Orders are handled by a third-party courier, and delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. While we dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Something’s gone wrong

If your parcel is late or marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund where appropriate.
